It is well known by women (or at least in my family) that the avocado has many properties, besides being delicious !!! Well among its many functions we can mention the wonderful works to the hydration of your skin. (If you have oily skin, I do not recommend it). What I do is mash the avocado with a little milk (preferably almond or soy) to make it a perfect pasta. Just wash your face you put it and leave it for 20 minutes. To remove warm water and that’s it; with once a week is more than enough, plus you can do it with half the avocado and the other, you eat it! 😉

Kill two birds with one stone. You take the toaster, quesito goat, some cherries cherry tomatoes, arugula, olive oil and half the avocado that you did not use for the mask. Ready breakfast.
